Commercial Transactions
We represent buyers and sellers in acquisitions and dispositions of commercial properties, including office buildings, retail centers, industrial facilities, and mixed-use developments. Our team structures transactions to optimize tax efficiency, manages due diligence processes, negotiates purchase agreements and financing terms, and coordinates closings across multiple jurisdictions. We have particular depth in portfolio transactions and sale-leaseback structures.
Development & Land Use
Our development attorneys work with clients from project conception through completion. We advise on zoning applications, environmental review, subdivision approvals, public-private partnerships, and construction contracts. We represent developers before planning commissions, zoning boards, and municipal agencies to secure the entitlements necessary to bring projects to fruition.
Leasing & Property Management
